Expand Ribcage/Chest and keep front shoulder back

to show broader upper body

Place one foot slightly in front of or behind the other

to put rear leg slightly in view and make the quad or ham of the front leg

appear larger

Use slight bend at knee if you can get away with it

to bring out more curve in the hamstring

Tense legs

to show definition

Push front leg's knee into rear leg

to bring out more lines in side of front leg

Bend front arm slightly

to bring serratus into view

Curl hand back at wrist

to flex forearm and show more definition there

Twist upper body slightly towards judges if you can get away with it

(you usually can) to make upper body appear wider

Don't over-exaggerate arm placement

rear arm should not be extended, upper body is twisted to make it look wider,

not to show the rear arm

Keep head pointing towards the side you're facing and do not look down

or tilt head back

Looking down or tilting the head back takes away from the aesthetic

appearance of the physique

Curl toes into floor

to display calve better

Blow out excess air

to show more definition in abs

Control breathing

To avoid excessive movement in this ab area which takes away from effective

presentation

Don't vacuum stomach

the physique looks more balanced with tensed abs flowing from the chest

rather than the stomach being sucked in

Stand straight

leaning forward or backward doesn't present the physique well
