Welcome to the Uganda Body Building & Fitness Association (UBBFA) website!

The UBBFA produces drug-free bodybuilding competitions in Uganda. It is an amateur association affiliated to the pro level International Fitness & Physique Association (IFPA)

The December 2009 UBBFA Mr. Uganda Nationals in Kampala will be an IFPA pro qualifier. The overall winner will become eligible to compete in any of the pro IFPA events held in any country. Coverage of the contest will appear in Fitness & Physique magazine.
